Cosmopolitan's color rings are $19.00 each.

Terms - Unless requested by you, all merchandise will be shipped by FEDEX ground. All shipping, C.O.D. charges are your responsibility. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Company Checks. If a check fails to clear we will impose a $25.00 bank fee charge. All accounts not paid in full with-in 30 days will be charged a 2% interest fee of remaining balance until paid in full.

CONDITIONS OF SALE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All accounts, unless Cosmopolitan receives written notice of non-receipt of merchandise within 10 days of invoice date, the shipment is presumed delivered and no claim for non-receipt will be accepted.

1. All new accounts start on a Credit Card or C.O.D. All International accounts are Pre-Paid WIRE TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD.
2. Claims for any damaged goods must be filed directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise sustained through shipment as all shipments are received by carrier in first class condition.
3. If merchandise is defective, incorrect or shipped in error Cosmopolitan Image Company will remedy the matter upon inspection of returned goods, which is the responsibility of the receiver and must be brought to OUR attention no later than (5) business days after receipt of goods.
4. No returns or credits will be accepted. Returns for color exchanges or product defects must get prior authorization and must be shipped freight prepaid. We do not accept freight collect shipments.
5. When returning for product defect Cosmopolitan will re-ship same style/color at no cost. However, when returning for color exchange, freight charges are your responsibility and if requesting a color exchange after (7) days of receipt of goods, a $10.00 restocking fee will incur.
6. Should an order shipped to you be refused freight charges will be added on the re-shipment
7. Minimum 1^st order policy is $75.00. All re-orders do not carry minimums. However, a $5.00 handling fee will incur if below $75.00.
